A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Clarity in thinking.
Confidence
in delivery.

The identity, language and experience of Renovo.
One connected system. Built to carry the work forward.

Explore the guide ↓
Built around the logo you approved.

The balanced lockup without the period is established. The wider brand system and messaging below are proposed for your approval. This guide has not been published.

01 / FOUNDATION

A clear point of view.

Enterprise-grade thinking. Built around your business.

Renovo brings management consulting, technology implementation and ongoing operational support to small businesses and midmarket organizations. AI is part of how the firm works and delivers value. The business outcome leads the conversation.

THE RENOVO POINT OF VIEW

Enterprise expertise.
A practical path forward.

Purpose

Help ambitious organizations improve how they operate, make decisions and grow.

Positioning

An AI-native consulting and technology firm that combines enterprise-grade expertise with practical, hands-on delivery.

Brand promise

Clear priorities, connected execution and progress clients can see.

Personality

Clear, capable, grounded and forward-looking.

What earns trust

Specific recommendations, defined responsibilities, credible evidence and accountable delivery.

Proposed brand platform for approval, grounded in the business direction supplied by Saadi. These are positioning statements, not verified performance claims.
02 / AUDIENCE

Built for the people moving a business forward.

A partner who understands the business and stays close to the work.

Write for business owners, operational leaders and technology leaders who need meaningful change with a realistic delivery path. Explain the operational problem before introducing a platform.

01

Consulting

Decide what matters.

02

Technology

Make the change work.

03

Operations

Keep improving.

Small business leaders

Lead with clarity, practical priorities and help carrying the work through. Avoid assuming an internal technology team.

Midmarket leaders

Lead with cross-functional improvement, integration, change adoption and clear governance. Make delivery ownership visible.

Consulting

Strategy, operating models, process improvement and the business case for change.

Technology

Platform implementation, systems integration, automation, AI-enabled workflows and digital experiences.

Operations

Ongoing platform support, service improvement and operational continuity.

The three service categories are a proposed organizing structure. They do not assign meanings to the three logo circles. Confirm the available scope before offering a service.
03 / MESSAGING

Make the value easy to understand.

Lead with the business change. Make the technology serve it.

Use Renovo as the public-facing master brand. The recommended descriptor is “AI-native consulting & technology.” Keep the legal entity name on contracts and statutory details where required.

RECOMMENDED DESCRIPTOR

AI-native consulting & technology

TAGLINE CANDIDATE · HELD FOR SELECTION & CLEARANCE

Your ambition. Amplified.

Optional, separate from the logo. Not approved for launch.

One sentence

Renovo helps small and midmarket businesses improve operations and implement technology with enterprise-grade expertise and hands-on delivery.

Short introduction

We help you decide what to improve, implement the right technology and support the way your business runs. We combine management consulting, AI-enabled delivery and practical operational expertise.

Message sequence

Business challenge → desired outcome → delivery approach → evidence → next step.

Proof discipline

Use approved case studies and measured results with a baseline, period and scope. Name platform partnerships only when verified.

Calls to action

Discuss your priorities. Plan your next step. Explore the approach.

“Your ambition. Amplified.” is a carried-forward tagline candidate, not a cleared or approved launch line. No tagline is built into the logo; publish it only after explicit selection and appropriate clearance.
04 / VOICE

Confident. Human. Specific.

Speak like the colleague people trust with a difficult decision.

Use plain language, active verbs and short paragraphs. Be direct about the work, the expected value and the limits of what is known. Present AI as a delivery capability with a business purpose.

AVOID

Unlock the power of limitless digital transformation.

USE

Connect your systems.
Give your team time back.

Clear

Say “Connect service requests to the team that can resolve them,” rather than “Unlock seamless service transformation.”

Capable

Say “We will map the workflow, configure the platform and support rollout,” rather than “Our world-class experts do it all.”

Grounded

Say “We will agree a baseline and track the change,” rather than promising unmeasured savings.

Human

Use “your team” and “we.” Explain unfamiliar terms once. Avoid talking down to smaller organizations.

Editorial style

Use Renovo in prose and renovo only in the artwork. Use sentence case. Spell out unfamiliar acronyms on first use. Prefer “AI-native” and “midmarket.”

Client-facing copy examples in this guide are illustrative. They are not testimonials or commitments for a particular engagement.
06 / SPACE

Give the identity room to work.

Protect the lockup, especially when space is tight.

Clear space is measured from the visible artwork, not the transparent bounds of an export. Keep text, edges and other marks outside this area.

Renovo horizontal logoOutlined Poppins; editable vector shapes. Screenshot-derived sRGB colors.
x = 14.2 master units

Minimum clear space around the visible artwork

Renovo symbol

16 px

Renovo symbol

24 px

Renovo symbol

32 px

Clear space

At least 14.2 master units on every side: approximately 3.4% of the full lockup width. For the symbol alone, use 15% of symbol width.

Screen minimum

Full lockup: 180 CSS px wide. Preferred website header width: 200–240 px. Symbol: 24 px preferred; 16 px is a constrained favicon use.

Print minimum

Full lockup: 45 mm wide. Symbol: 8 mm wide. These are provisional until proofed on the selected stock and process.

Small-size behavior

At 16 px the silhouette remains recognizable, but the overlap colors are less distinct. Use the full vector at larger sizes.

Co-branding

Use equal visual weight, not mechanically equal widths. Separate logos with at least the larger partner’s required clear space.

Minimum sizes are working recommendations from screen proofs. Test the final placement at actual size; do not treat a large presentation preview as evidence.
07 / COLOR

A warm, capable palette.

Let the neutrals lead. Let the colors punctuate.

The coral, blue and teal trio carries recognition. Ink and Paper give the system the composure of a consulting firm. White keeps interfaces and documents crisp.

Select a swatch to copy its HEX value. These are working sRGB values.

Working balance

Aim for roughly 70% light neutral, 20% Ink and 10% color accents across a typical page. This is a composition guide, not a quota.

Color roles

Coral warms the story; Blue and Teal add emphasis. Avoid assigning service categories or fixed semantic meanings to the logo circles.

Overlap fills

Coral/Blue #5D7FC7; Coral/Teal #58AF9F; Blue/Teal #36ADAE; triple overlap #38ABAB. Keep these fixed and opaque.

Functional color

Use Deep teal #176F66 for links and primary actions on light surfaces. Brand Teal remains unchanged in the logo.

Print

Use an ICC-profile-managed conversion for the actual process. Approve a physical proof. No universal CMYK or Pantone match is asserted.

Logo colors are sRGB working values sampled after converting the Display P3 screenshot. Paper, Deep teal, Slate and Line are proposed supporting colors. Original source specifications remain unverified.
08 / ACCESSIBILITY

Good design remains usable.

Use contrast as a design tool.

Choose text and surface colors deliberately. Accent colors that look strong in a logo can be weak as small text on white. Every state needs a readable treatment.

17.01:1Ink / PaperPasses AA normal text
6.00:1White / Deep tealPasses AA normal text
8.21:1Ink / CoralPasses AA normal text
5.58:1Ink / BluePasses AA normal text
8.31:1Ink / TealPasses AA normal text
2.21:1White / TealFails AA normal text

Check a color pairing

Clear thinking. Practical progress.

Sources: W3C text contrast · W3C non-text contrast

Text contrast

Target at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Large text is at least 24 CSS px regular or approximately 18.7 CSS px bold.

Controls and graphics

Essential UI boundaries, meaningful graphic features and state indicators need at least 3:1 against adjacent colors where required.

Approved defaults

Ink on Paper or White. White on Ink or Deep teal. Ink on Coral, Blue or Teal when the calculated ratio passes.

Avoid

White small text on Coral, Blue or Teal. Do not use the accent trio as body text on white. Color alone must not carry meaning.

Interaction

Provide a visible keyboard focus ring, descriptive labels, adequate target spacing and reduced-motion behavior. Keep text selectable.

Contrast checks follow W3C WCAG 2.2 guidance. A logo’s contrast exemption does not extend to surrounding page text. These color checks are not a full accessibility audit.
09 / TYPE

Distinctive headlines. Effortless reading.

Poppins for character. Inter for clarity.

Poppins connects the wider system to the geometric wordmark. Inter handles paragraphs, UI, tables and supporting detail. The logo itself always remains outlined artwork.

Inter Medium 500 or SemiBold 600. Use 14/20 px for UI, 12/18 px for secondary labels. Avoid long passages in uppercase.

Documents

Body 10.5–12 pt with 1.4–1.5 line spacing. Headlines 24–36 pt. Use Arial or a system sans when font embedding is unavailable.

Poppins and Inter font files and their SIL Open Font Licenses are included. The wordmark’s Poppins Bold construction is a reconstruction choice, not a verified identification of the original font.
10 / COMPOSITION

Structure creates confidence.

One clear focal point. Generous, intentional space.

Use an editorial grid rather than filling every available area. Align headings, body copy and evidence to common edges. Alternate light and dark sections when the content benefits from a change of pace.

AN EDITORIAL GRID

One clear
focal point.

Align the message.
Give it room.

Grid

Desktop: 12 columns, max content width 1200 px, 24 px gutters, 48–64 px outer margins. Mobile: 4 columns, 16–24 px margins.

Spacing scale

Use 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 48, 64 and 96 px. Prefer 64–96 px between major web sections; 32–48 px on mobile.

Corners and rules

Use 8–12 px corner radii for useful containers; 1 px decorative rules. Reserve fully rounded shapes for small labels and controls.

Hierarchy

Start with one statement, develop one idea, then show an example or evidence. Avoid repeating feature cards for every type of content.

Density

Keep prose readable and data compact. Do not put critical information over a busy image or motif.

The layout system is proposed for adoption with this guide. It should scale to the content, rather than forcing every page into the same arrangement.
11 / GRAPHIC LANGUAGE

Connection, expressed with restraint.

Borrow the circle geometry. Keep the logo intact.

Use cropped circles, arcs and carefully composed overlaps as secondary graphics. They can suggest connection and progress without assigning a formal story to the logo.

Discover→Implement→Improve

Illustrative workflow. Choose a diagram that matches the relationship.

Organize
Connect
Improve

Motif

Use one large cropped composition per hero or cover. Keep it away from body copy. Decorative circles are not replacements for the symbol.

Icons

Use a consistent 24 px grid, 1.75–2 px strokes and rounded joins. Use simple line icons; do not mix filled and outline families.

Diagrams

Label steps and connections directly. Explain a workflow or relationship; do not use Venn shapes when the content is sequential.

Data

Label values and units, state the period and source, and use patterns or direct labels alongside color. Zero-baseline bar charts by default.

Motion

Use 160–240 ms ease-out for feedback. Keep entrances subtle and optional. Respect prefers-reduced-motion; avoid looping decorative animation.

All diagrams and application examples in this guide are illustrative. They do not establish client results, proprietary processes or approved circle meanings.
12 / IMAGERY

Show the work. Show the people.

Real operating environments beat generic futurism.

Favor firsthand photographs of teams at work, real environments and useful product or workflow detail. The image should help a buyer understand the problem, people or delivery.

Art-direction placeholders, not a licensed photography collection.

People

Use natural interaction, credible work settings and candid framing. Seek consent and usage rights. Show a range of people without staged tokenism.

Technology

Use sanitized, approved screenshots or diagrams that reveal a useful workflow. Remove personal data, client secrets and irrelevant UI clutter.

Treatment

Natural light, balanced contrast and restrained grading. Use subtle warm neutrals; retain believable skin tones. Avoid heavy colored overlays.

Composition

Frame an identifiable subject with negative space for nearby copy. Use 3:2 or 4:3 editorial crops and 16:9 screenshots; write meaningful alt text.

Avoid

Stock handshakes, neon AI brains, robots as business leaders, fake offices, fabricated product screens and client logos used without approval.

No photography library is claimed or licensed by this guide. Source each image, retain its rights record and obtain client approval where appropriate.
13 / DIGITAL

Turn the system into a useful experience.

A calm interface with a clear next step.

The website should explain who Renovo helps, the problem it solves and how work gets delivered. Let the brand support navigation and comprehension.

Header

Use the 200–240 px primary lockup, clear service navigation and one primary next step. On narrow screens, preserve the full logo at 180 px or more.

Buttons

Deep teal with white text; 48 px preferred height; 8 px radius. Use sentence case and action labels. Define hover, focus, active and disabled states.

Links and inputs

Underline inline links. Use visible labels and clear validation messages. Use Ink or Deep teal for meaningful boundaries and focus indicators.

Content pattern

Outcome-led headline, concise context, delivery approach, credible evidence and a relevant next step. Use actual proof only when approved.

Responsive behavior

Stack content logically at narrow widths. Keep touch controls usable, avoid hover-only content, and verify at 390, 768 and 1440 px.

Color symbol on White or Paper. Keep the whole symbol inside the platform crop, with at least 15% clear space.

Social graphics

Working canvases: 1080 × 1080 square and 1200 × 627 landscape. Confirm the platform crop before publishing. Keep headline and logo inside a 64 px inset.

Post structure

Email signature

Name | Role; Renovo; approved contact details; renovo-digital.com. Use an optional small logo with alt text. Do not put essential details only in an image.

Coherence

Do not add a tagline or change company naming independently in profile bios, signatures or templates. Use the current approved copy.

Social dimensions are proposed working canvases, not a statement of current platform specifications. No personal contact details are invented in the specimens.
