How we work

Not crazy expensive. Not vague, either.

Enterprise firms sell months of discovery. We start with a free call, then a fixed-price tier you can see before you sign.

01 / The flow

Four phases. Something you can use at the end of each.

Each phase ends with something you can see, use or sign off, so you always know where the engagement stands.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Map

    You get:

    • A map of the workflows that leak time and money
    • A keep, connect or cut review of your tools
    • A baseline you agree up front
  2. Weeks 2–6

    Build

    You get:

    • Integrations, automations and AI agents, built in staging
    • A redesigned workflow with fewer handoffs
    • Reviews with you before anything ships
  3. Launch

    Train

    You get:

    • Hands-on training and short how-to guides
    • SOPs and checklists the team actually uses
    • A written handover: what changed, and how to undo it
  4. Ongoing

    Run

    You get:

    • Support included, then a care plan or the keys
    • Human approval on anything that touches money or customers
    • Results measured against the baseline

02 / Step by step

From first call to running on its own.

Week 0

Book an assessment

A partner listens: what’s working, what isn’t, where you need help to scale. You leave with a recommendation, even if it isn’t us.

Week 1

Proposal with a fixed scope

If there’s a fit, you get a written scope, price and timeline for the right tier. Nothing starts until you’ve seen the number.

Weeks 1–2

Map your tools and workflows

We sit with the people doing the work, review the tools you pay for, and map the workflows that leak time and money.

Weeks 2–6

Build and connect

Websites, integrations, automations and AI agents, built in staging, reviewed with you, with a human approval step on anything that matters.

Launch

Train and hand over

Hands-on training, short how-to guides and SOPs. You own the accounts and the work.

Ongoing

Run and improve

30–60 days of support is included. After that, choose a care plan or advisory, or take the keys.

Timelines are typical for Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 3 runs on a 12-month term after a 2–3 week assessment.

03 / How we use AI in delivery

AI does the legwork. People make the calls.

We use AI agents to draft, build, test and document, the same way we run our own businesses. Every change that touches your customers, money or data gets a human review before it ships.

Guardrails
  • Changes built and checked in a staging copy first
  • Backups before anything is changed in a live system
  • Read-only access first; write access only where you approve it
  • Written handover: what changed, where, and how to undo it
04 / Straight answers

Questions owners ask first.

Can I stop after a tier?

Yes. Tier 1 and Tier 2 are complete on their own. Tier 3 is a 12-month term. If we’re not the right fit, you still own the work.

Do you work outside Atlanta?

Yes. Calls and most of the work are remote. If the work needs the floor, we travel or schedule a concentrated on-site.

What if I only need a website?

Tier 1 is the website and brand kit. We’ll still tell you on the call if the website isn’t the real constraint.

Is the scope negotiable?

Yes, after the call. Tier prices are the starting offer. Anything outside scope is quoted before we start.

Who owns the accounts and the work?

Account ownership is agreed per client and written into each statement of work. Third-party licences bill to your own accounts at cost.

Next step

Tell us about the business. We’ll tell you which tier fits.

Thirty minutes. No deck. If it’s not a fit, we’ll say so.

Free. A partner on the call. You leave with a recommendation, even if it isn’t us.
